How CENT-ADS handles account, campaign, and delivery data.

This Privacy Policy describes how CENT-ADS (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use our websites, buyer portal, agent/admin areas, and related services.

Information we collect

  • Account details you provide (name, email, company).
  • Campaign creatives, targeting, and order records.
  • Billing references from PayPal (we do not store full card numbers in CENT-ADS).
  • Technical logs used for delivery security (for example hashed IPs / user-agents where configured).

How we use information

To operate the marketplace, deliver sponsorships, process payments via PayPal, provide reporting, enforce acceptable use, and improve reliability and security.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors needed to run the service (hosting, email, PayPal) under appropriate agreements, and when required by law.

Retention & security

We retain account and campaign records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Delivery events may store hashed identifiers rather than raw IPs.

Your choices

You may request account updates or deletion subject to operational and legal retention needs. Contact us using the form below.

Data Deletion

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your name, email address, and an account identifier from that provider. You can ask us to delete your data at any time:

  • Facebook: remove CENT-ADS under Facebook Settings → Apps and websites and send a deletion request. We delete your Facebook ID and Facebook profile data immediately and give you a confirmation code.
  • Whole account: email support@99sync.com. We delete or anonymise your account within 30 days, keeping only records the law requires.
